How long does a web design / redesign take?

This will depend on what your requirements are but we always aim to meet your deadlines and will discuss this with you at the start to ensure it's possible.

We only create bespoke websites so every project is unique, meaning the process will be dependant on your requirements. To give you an idea on the process we will normally start with helping you decide on a domain name and registering it for you (Check domain name availability here!).
Once that's done we will set up with the most suitable hosting package for you and then the real creative stuff begins!! We will design a couple of options for you and with your guidance will adapt the designs until you are 100% satisfied.

We'll be able to talk through your requirements and make sure we capture all your ideas. We can then provide you with a quote and the exciting design stuff can begin!

Do I need to buy a domain name or hosting package?

We can handle this process for you, but if you already have your own domain or hosting package then we are more than happy to work with that.

How much will my website cost to design and create?

All package prices are fixed so there no sudden surprises. However we are happy to amend them to fully meet your requirements and will inform you of the new cost at the start. We request a 40% deposit for all sites, with the balance payment due on completion of the project.

What happens when we use your contact form?

Our contact form is just an easy way for you to contact us, but we also love to hear from people by phone or e-mail! There is no obligation to use our services, so if you have a question or want to find out more then just let us know.

Will a meeting be required?

90% of the time we can complete work over the phone or by email. However, we are more than happy to meet up to discuss your requirements (dependant on location).

Do you offer aftercare?

Free technical support is included with all our web design packages. We are also happy to make slight tweaks or amendments for free to your site for the first month. Any changes after this will be charged at £25 an hour.

What is SEO and do you offer it?

SEO is Search Engine Optimisation and is the process of improving the volume or quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via unpaid search results. All our website designs are optimised for search engines and are submitted to major search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN. We create meta tags, which help rank you within search engines and will build your site based on a understanding of what search engines need.

We don't guarantee rankings in Google, no SEO company can or should. We build your website with strict procedures which are known to get you higher then average ranking in search engines and we will always do our best to get your website to this level.

Free hosting and domain name registration is included with our Web Design or Redesign packages. After the first year there is an annual hosting fee and a small charge for the renewal of your domain name which will cost around £79pa (1 year contract). Please note that this is a estimate and is subject to change. If you don't meet the payment deadlines then you will lose your domain name and hosting space. If you have paid all monies owed then you are able to request to move from our hosting package and take control of your domain name.
